<Job Responsibilities>
- Responsibility on sales target to meet company's business plan
- Contacting to current customers regularly for building a good relationship
- Find new customers that consider presenting gifts to stakeholders
- Negotiating with customers for transaction conditions such as pirce, trade terms
- Supervise goods delivery to customers
- Prepare documents necessary to transact with customers.
- Providing weekly sales reports and report to superior (SPV and Sales Manager)
- Make a sales forecast of each channels/customers in charge
- Collect competitor's data in the market and market condition as well as customer's demand in the country.
- Follow-up if a customer delays payment
- Physical inventory check twice a year in warehouse and department-store
- Planning with Marketing Division on sales channel planning, budget and space rental to sell the products
- Handle works assigned by supervisor in sales division
- Other duties assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Female 25- 30 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 2 years experience in sale and marketing strategies
- Having experience of Business development and solution sale
- Conversational middle level of English Good in writing, listening, speaking(for internal communication)
- Good personality and good in relationship building
- Have strong will to perform challenging work.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experiences in marketing or sales planning about consumer goods
- Have working background in Japanese company and familiar with Japanese company culture
- Be able to communicate in Japanese

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- ความรับผิดชอบต่อเป้าหมายการขายให้เป็นไปตามแผนธุรกิจของบริษัท
- ติดต่อลูกค้าปัจจุบันอย่างสม่ำเสมอเพื่อสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
- หาลูกค้าใหม่ที่พิจารณามอบของขวัญให้กับผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย
- เจรจาต่อรองกับลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับเงื่อนไขการทำธุรกรรม เช่น ราคา เงื่อนไขการค้า
- ดูแลการส่งมอบสินค้าให้กับลูกค้า
- เตรียมเอกสารที่จำเป็นในการทำธุรกรรมกับลูกค้า
- จัดทำรายงานการขายรายสัปดาห์และรายงานต่อหัวหน้า (SPV และ Sales Manager)
- คาดการณ์ยอดขายของแต่ละช่องทาง/ลูกค้าที่รับผิดชอบ
- รวบรวมข้อมูลของคู่แข่งในตลาดและสภาวะตลาดตลอดจนความต้องการของลูกค้าในประเทศ
- ติดตามผลหากลูกค้าชำระเงินล่าช้า
- ตรวจสอบสินค้าคงคลังปีละ 2 ครั้งในคลังสินค้าและห้างสรรพสินค้า
- วางแผนร่วมกับฝ่ายการตลาดในการวางแผนช่องทางการขาย งบประมาณ และพื้นที่ให้เช่าเพื่อขายสินค้า
- ดูแลงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้างานในฝ่ายขาย
- งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย เพศหญิง อายุ 25-30 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านกลยุทธ์การขายและการตลาดอย่างน้อย 2 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการพัฒนาธุรกิจและการขายโซลูชั่น
- สนทนาระดับกลาง ภาษาอังกฤษ ดีในการเขียน ฟัง พูด (เพื่อการสื่อสารภายใน)
- บุคลิกดี สร้างสัมพันธ์ดี
- มีความกระตือรือร้นในการทำงานที่ท้าทาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการตลาดหรือวางแผนการขายเกี่ยวกับสินค้าอุปโภคบริโภค
- มีพื้นฐานการทำงานในบริษัทญี่ปุ่นและคุ้นเคยกับวัฒนธรรมบริษัทญี่ปุ่น
-สามารถสื่อสารภาษาญี่ปุ่นได้
