Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Research and analyze relevant laws, regulations, and facts related to company incidents, and propose appropriate measures.
- Collect and update information on national and regional laws, judicial precedents, and government decrees affecting Company Group companies.
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, letters, and memorandum in accordance with the company's Group templates and local market requirements.
- Collaborate with compliance officers to advise management on compliance issues, including anti-bribery, competition, data protection, and whistleblowing. Provide training and develop compliance-related materials.
- Support Company Group companies with lawsuits, labour disputes, criminal cases, and immigration clearance processes.
- Assist senior legal team members in archiving legal documents, maintaining records, and participating in special projects to improve team efficiency.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- At least 5 years of experience in legal work is required.
- Experience in legal & compliance
- Strong understanding of Civil and Commercial Code, Labor Law, Company Law, anti-bribery and anti-trust regulations, and data protection laws such as PDPA and GDPR.
- Proficient in legal drafting and contract review.
- Strong communication skills and ability to conduct compliance training effectively.
- Conversational high in English to communicate with internal and documents

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in Japanese companies
- TOEIC 805+ or equivalent is preferred
- An attorney licence and Thai bar are preferred
