Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Draft, review, and negotiate various types of contracts (e.g., lease agreements, vendor/supplier agreements, service contracts). - Implement and manage an electronic contract management system (E-Contract). - Develop and update standard contract templates and establish contract administration workflows and processes. - Provide legal advice and support for operational issues at branches/stores, including customer complaints, accidents, and liability concerns. - Develop risk management strategies and preventive measures based on consumer protection laws, personal data protection (PDPA), and other applicable regulations. - Coordinate and liaise with external legal counsel, attorneys, or consultants as required. - Handle legal matters related to employee disputes, including termination, wage claims, workplace harassment, and other employment-related issues. - Review and update company Work Rules and employment regulations to ensure compliance with labor laws. - Support the operations of the Reward and Punishment Committee and provide recommendations on disciplinary actions. - Communicate legal requirements, policies, and regulations to branch managers and frontline staff in a clear, understandable manner to prevent compliance issues. - Plan and conduct internal compliance training programs on topics such as personal data protection (PDPA) and other regulatory requirements.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related fields - At least 3 years of experience in legal functions, including contract review/management, negotiation with law firms, in-house legal operations, and handling disputes with employees, customers, and business partners. - Experience in Contract Law, Consumer Protection Law, Personal Data Protection (PDPA), and Labor Law. (ด้านกฎหมายสัญญา กฎหมายคุ้มครองผู้บริโภค กฎหมายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (PDPA) และกฎหมายแรงงาน) - Certifications such as a Lawyer License or Doctor of Laws (LL.D.). - Conversational High level in English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with the parent company and overseas stakeholders. - Experience in the restaurant or retail industry, particularly within organizations operating a large-scale branch expansion business. <Personality> - Strong communication skills and logical thinking. - Ability to drive cross-functional problem-solving and collaboration. - Positive, energetic personality and the ability to work well with colleagues at all levels. - Strong adaptability, quick thinking, and a willingness to embrace new challenges. <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Experience working in Japanese companies. - Japanese language ability.
