Legal Staff (Compliance) (25K–40K) (SDG-90332) เจ้าหน้าที่กฎหมาย (ปฏิบัติตาม) <Job Responsibilities> • Update regulatory changing including new law notification process • Support and monitor all compliance project: BOT, AML, PDPA, etc. • Create compliance documents to comply with Hire Purchase rules, BOT regulations, PDPA and authorized person to submit the report to BOT including provide legal advice related to compliance scope • Implement and conduct Compliance training to all staffs relating to local regulation (AML/CFT, PDPA, Market Conduct etc.) and conduct the training for staff to improve the compliance knowledge for the high-risk items or when deem necessary. • Handling all process for business license of company • Support new company project of company in legal viewpoint • Support other assigned tasks <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 24 - 35 years old - Bachelor's degree - At least 2 years experience in regulatory compliance (banking and financial services, hire-purchase) - Strong knowledge in the regulations of BOT, AML, PDPA, consumer protection law, credit information law. - Good command in English - MS Office such as Excel <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area:BTS Phromphong Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri (Sat: None) Full office operation) About the Benefits 25,000–40,000THB About the company Product & Service: Vehicle hire purchase Business Type: Leasing / Consumer Credit;

เจ้าหน้าที่กฎหมาย (ปฏิบัติตาม) (25K–40K) (SDG-90332) <ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน> • อัปเดตการเปลี่ยนแปลงกฎระเบียบรวมถึงขั้นตอนการแจ้งกฎหมายใหม่ • สนับสนุนและตรวจสอบโครงการการปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดทั้งหมด: BOT, AML, PDPA ฯลฯ • จัดทำเอกสารการปฏิบัติตามหลักเกณฑ์การเช่าซื้อ ข้อกำหนด ธปท. PDPA และผู้มีอำนาจจัดส่งรายงานให้ ธปท. รวมทั้งให้คำปรึกษาด้านกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับขอบเขตการปฏิบัติตาม • ดำเนินการและดำเนินการฝึกอบรมการปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบแก่พนักงานทุกคนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกฎระเบียบในท้องถิ่น (AML/CFT, PDPA, Market Conduct เป็นต้น) และดำเนินการฝึกอบรมสำหรับพนักงานเพื่อปรับปรุงความรู้ด้านการปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบสำหรับรายการที่มีความเสี่ยงสูงหรือเมื่อเห็นว่าจำเป็น • จัดการทุกขั้นตอนในการขอใบอนุญาตประกอบธุรกิจของบริษัท • สนับสนุนโครงการใหม่ของบริษัทในมุมมองทางกฎหมาย • สนับสนุนงานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น> - สัญชาติไทย , ชาย , หญิง , อายุ 24 - 35 ปี - ปริญญาตรี - มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2 ปีในการปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบ (ธนาคารและบริการทางการเงิน, เช่าซื้อ) - มีความรู้ด้านกฎระเบียบของ ธปท., AML, PDPA, กฎหมายคุ้มครองผู้บริโภค, กฎหมายข้อมูลเครดิต - สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี - ทักษะ MS Office เช่น Excel <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ> - ปริญญาตรีหรือปริญญาโทด้านกฎหมาย ทักษะทางภาษา ระดับภาษาอังกฤษ : สนทนา ระดับภาษาญี่ปุ่น : ไม่มี สถานที่ทำงาน BTS พร้อมพงษ์ เวลาทำงาน: 8:30-17:30 น.
