Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and legal documents to minimize risks and protect business interests. - Provide practical and timely legal advice to internal stakeholders across departments, proactively identifying risks and recommending appropriate solutions. - Monitor and update on new laws and regulations relevant to the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry, including conducting impact analysis for the business. - Act as Data Protection Officer (DPO), ensuring compliance with PDPA and managing all data privacy-related matters, including policy implementation and risk advisory. - Prepare and deliver legal training sessions to employees on key legal and compliance topics. - Support corporate governance and statutory compliance matters, including documentation preparation and coordination with relevant stakeholders. - Collaborate with regional/global legal teams and internal cross-functional teams as required. - Liaise and coordinate with external legal counsel when necessary.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in Law. - At least 2 years of experience in corporate legal (Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts) in any industry. - Conversational high in English (writing and reading, communication skills, documents) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - TOEIC score 500 - Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
