Legal Specialist (30K-35K) (SDG-40204)
<Job Responsibilities>
Draft, review and negotiate agreements and legal documents both in Thai and English.
Provide advice on legal matters to minimize the legal risk and to enhance the benefits of the company
Assist in advising on compliance and regulatory developments and support legal administrative process
Coordinate with the law company and government officials.
Monitor the updated laws and regulations.
Other duties as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 27-35 years old
Bachelor Degree in Law
Experience in contract review skill at least 3 years in Consulting firm / Corporate
Business level of English (Written and spoken)
Able to make a decision and work independently
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Having knowledge on Personal Data protection in advantage.
Having Lawyer license
Familiar in IT industry
Languages skills
English: Business Level

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri)
