เจ้าหน้าที่กฎหมายระดับจูเนียร์ (ทบทวนสัญญา) (20K–25K) (SDG-94216) <ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน> - จดทะเบียนพาณิชย์และติดต่อกระทรวงพาณิชย์ - ตรวจสอบร่างสัญญาบริการ ทำสัญญาจ้าง จัดทำสัญญาซื้อขาย และสัญญาต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง - ร่างและความเห็นทบทวนสัญญา ข้อตกลง และเอกสารระหว่างบริษัทกับบริษัทมหาชนหรือบริษัทเอกชน - ให้การสนับสนุนทางกฎหมายเกี่ยวกับการเรียกร้องและสัญญาการขายต่างๆ <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น> - สัญชาติไทย , หญิง , อายุ 23 - 30 ปี - วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขากฎหมาย - มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1 ปีในฐานะทนายความหรือกฎหมายภายในองค์กร - ประสบการณ์ร่างและความเห็นทบทวนสัญญา - สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ทั้งเขียนและพูด (เอกสาร) <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ> - มีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจบำบัดน้ำและน้ำเสีย หรือธุรกิจก่อสร้าง หรือธุรกิจการผลิต - วิเคราะห์และให้คำปรึกษาด้านกฎหมาย/ความเห็น/บริการเกี่ยวกับปัญหาด้านกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง และเป็นตัวแทนของบริษัทในการเจรจาสัญญาเมื่อจำเป็น ทักษะทางภาษา ระดับภาษาอังกฤษ : สนทนา ระดับภาษาญี่ปุ่น : ไม่มี สถานที่ทำงาน: BTS อุดมสุข + รถรับส่งบริษัทที่โลตัส อุดมสุข (7.30 น. 17.45 น. และ 18.30 น.) เวลาทำงาน: 8:30-17:30 น.
