Legal Officer (35K-40K) (SDG-73953) เจ้าหน้าที่กฎหมาย <Job Responsibilities> - To provide legal advice, consultation, and assistance with respect to legal matters - Support Management and will be responsible for a broad range of legal, contract management and legal administration matters of the company - Provide advice on legal matters to minimize the legal risk and to enhance the benefits of the company. - Support the compliance viewpoint - Assist in advising on compliance and regulatory developments to ensure the business remains compliant in business activities - Draft and commentary review contract, agreements and corporate documentation between company and public company or private company - Provide legal support on various claims and sales contracts <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality, Female, 27-35 years old - Bachelor's degree or higher in law - 3 - 5 years’ experience as in-house lawyer - Experience draft and commentary review contract - Analyze and provide legal advice/opinion/service on relevant legal issues and represent company in contract negotiations when necessary - Could communicate in English both written and spoken (Document) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in water and wastewater treatment business or construction or Manufacturing business Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: BTS Udomsuk, Bangkok Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri) About the Benefits Salary: 35,000–40,000THB About the company Product & Service: Water Treatment / Wastewater Treatment / Wastewater Recycle System / Ultra-pure Water / Incinerator / Sludge Treatment Business Type: Construction / Home Building; Machinery / Equipment / Plants
