Legal Officer (27K–32K) (SDG-61074) นิติกร <Job Responsibilities> - Contract review of group company and drafting in English and Thai - Providing legal and compliance advice - Support internal and group company for all related legal/compliance issues. - Promote company’s Corporate Governance and internal control system - Organizing and preparing documents for board meetings and shareholders meeting - Coordinate with the external lawyer regarding paper works for litigation case - Other tasks as assigned by management <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality, Male/ Female 25 - 30 years old - Bachelor’s Degree in related field - At least 3-5 years experienced in the roles of Corporate Compliance, Lawyer, Corporate Governance or Internal Control Area - Excellent command in English, (Prefer TOEIC Score 700+) - Good command of Computer literacy (Microsoft Office) - Understanding Japanese business <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in Automotive industry Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: BTS Surasak, Bangkok Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Saturday : depend on company's calendar (around 1 Sat per month) ) About the Benefits Salary: 27,000–32,000THB About the company Products: Automotive Manufacturer Business Type: Automobiles / Automobile Parts;
