Work Outline: Consulting and drafting about legal
Duties & Responsibilities:
Drafting and reviewing domestic and international contracts
Drafting and reviewing contracts in Thai and English languages
Negotiation on terms and conditions of contracts
Respond to legal consultant
Establishing and developing procedures to minimize legal risk
Legal Compliance
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male/female, age 24-33 years old
Bachelor's degree in business law or related fields
Experience in Drafting and reviewing contracts in Thai – English is strongly required
At least 2 years’ experience in legal, corporate and international commercial transaction
Ability to draft and review contracts in Thai and English languages
Legal knowledge of domestic and international trade, commercial business including taxes, customs, and labor
Experience in Legal compliance jobs
Strong analytical skill, negotiation skill, interpersonal skill, and communication skill
Good English communication skill with minimum TOEIC score of 650
Computer literacy in MS Office
Preferable Skill / Experience
Legal license
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level (TOEIC 650 up)
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: Samutprakarn
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri, alternate Sat according to company’s schedule) (Business day = 250)
