Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for all legal matters relating to company’s business
Providing legal advice, consultation and assistance with respect to legal matters
Reviewing, implementing and providing comments on commercial agreement, terms and conditions
Legal compliance issues
Providing legal documents such as Power of Attorney, documents relating to business law
Coordinating with outsource lawyers regarding legal action
Other tasks as assigned
Qualification:
Desired skills & experiences:
Minimum Requirements
Thai Nationality, Male/Female, Age 25-30
Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in Law or any related field
Good command of English
3-5 years of experience as a Legal Officer
Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
Attention to detail/Willing to work under pressure
Experience in Japanese Trading Company
Languages skills:
English: Advanced Conversational Level-Business Level
Workplace Area:MRT Lumpini
Working Hour:8.30 – 17.00 (Monday – Friday)
