Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> [Contract Management] - Draft, review, and revise contracts to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and project requirements. - Identify contractual and legal risks, propose practical mitigation measures, and ensure alignment with project goals. - Coordinate and negotiate contract terms with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants. - Maintain a centralized system for contract records and documentation to ensure accessibility and traceability. [Compliance] - Monitor and ensure company compliance with applicable laws, internal policies, and industry regulations, particularly in construction, labor, safety, and environmental standards. - Support internal audit and compliance initiatives to strengthen governance and operational transparency. - Promote awareness of compliance requirements and ethical business practices across the organization. [Legal Advisory & Dispute Resolution] - Provide legal input on specific project matters, corporate compliance, or labor-related issues when required. - Interpret laws, regulations, and contract clauses to support decision-making. - Assist in managing contract-related disputes, claims, or legal proceedings. - Coordinate with external counsel for arbitration, mediation, or litigation processes when necessary.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor of Laws or higher - At least 3 years of experience in a legal role in construction, infrastructure, or EPC sectors - Strong contracting drafting skills, High accuracy in reviewing legal documents, and identifying potential issues. - Conversational high level of English (For review & draft English contracts and communication with report line) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Holding a valid Lawyer’s license - Be able to join immediately
