About this Job
Work outline: Managing/ allocating tasks for legal team members. Supervise and lead team to achieve team objective.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Managing structural change within a team and keeping up with flow business
Ø Devising and implementing strategies and solutions to optimize team workflow
Ø Coaching team members to operate within a controlled environment
Ø Overlooking distribution and allocation of cases amongst the team
Ø Supervising junior lawyers’ and admin’s workflow
Ø Conducting one to one reviews with lawyers and admin team
Ø Understanding commercial issues within legal documents and agreements
Ø Negotiating service level agreements and commercial agreements with counterparties and lawyers
Ø Building competitive pricing schemes for legal services
Ø Developing new business
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male/Female, age between 35-45 years old
Ø Bachelor Degree or higher in Laws, Accounting, Business Administration or Management
Ø Minimum 5 years' experience in legal field from banking industry
Ø Experience handling credit card case
Ø Good communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ø Good command both writing and reading in English
Ø Strong analytical problem solving and time management skill.
Ø Computer literacy
Preferable:
Ø Managerial skill
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational level
