Legal Counsel (Senior-AM) (35K–70K) (SDG-63696)

<Job Responsibilities>
Legal
- Review and draft contracts, documents, bids, letters, etc. (English and Thai language)
- Provide legal advice on contracts, documents, legal issues, debt recovery and litigation support
- Create and implement legal policies for the company
- Provide legal training and updated to the company
- Prepare the board and shareholders’ resolutions of the company and provide all necessary
- corporate secretarial support
Compliance
- Advise on anti-corruption, anti-competition, export control and other compliance risks
- Provide compliance training to the company
- Create compliance policies for the company
- Review compliance / export control due diligence for customer / supplier screening
- Others
- Administrative functions (e.g. assist in the preparation of the annual compliance conference for
- group companies)
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female 35 - 45 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree of Law
- At least 5-6 years’ experiences as an In-house legal counsel in a multinational company
- Experiences in Information Communication Technology and/or Power Business and/or qualified to practice law in Thailand
- Experience review contract with various vendors and supplier
- Good multi-tasking and problem solving skills
- Strong written and spoken English language skills
- Legal, Compliance, contract management

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
ตำแหน่งนี้รับผิดชอบงาน Merchandiser ของอาหารสด (ผลไม้ ผัก อาหารทะเล ฯลฯ)
- รวบรวมความต้องการและคำขอจาก Japan HQ โดยทำงานอย่างใกล้ชิด
- ให้ข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์ท้องถิ่นและข้อมูลบริษัทแก่ประเทศญี่ปุ่น
- ตามคำขอของสำนักงานใหญ่ของญี่ปุ่น การจัดหาซัพพลายเออร์ใหม่
- ติดต่อซัพพลายเออร์รายใหม่และต่อรองราคา ฯลฯ เพื่อส่งออกไปยังประเทศญี่ปุ่น
- การจัดการการจัดส่งและกำหนดการ
- เยี่ยมชมซัพพลายเออร์และตรวจสอบคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
*เมื่อไปพบซัพพลายเออร์ สามารถใช้รถบริษัทพร้อมคนขับโฆษณาได้

- ปริญญาตรี
- Merchandiser / Purchasing / Sales / Sales Coordinator / นำเข้า-ส่งออก ประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมอาหารสด-อาหาร มากกว่า 3 ปี
- มีความรู้ด้านกระบวนการผลิตอาหารสด การดำเนินงาน
- ระดับภาษาอังกฤษธุรกิจ
- สามารถเยี่ยมชมซัพพลายเออร์
- มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรอง ทักษะการสื่อสารสูง
