Duties & Responsibility:
• Review, draft and revise contracts/agreements, business document and any other documents in term of legal compliance and business benefit
• Provide legal advice to the client’s group of companies in Thailand
• Handle interpretation of legislation and solving legal disputes
• Implement policy, procedures and compliance frameworks
Qualification:
• Male/Female, Thai Nationality, age 37-42 years old
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, Business Law or any related field
• At least 10 years' experience from Law firm or in-house corporate lawyer from leading company
• Barrister-at-law (Thai Bar) or Lawyer's License is preferable.
• Strong analytical mind and excellent information management skill
• Good command of English and Computer literacy
*English in Business Level (TOEIC: 700)
