Work outline: In charge of Legal & Compliance tasks for domestic and ASEAN affiliates
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø To manage legal affair and compliance tasks serving to domestic and ASEAN affiliates
Ø To play key role on establishing contract management system, contract reviews and setting up standards
Ø To play key role on legal compliance operation, monitoring and audit
Ø To investigate and provide solution when legal / compliance issue occur
Ø To follow up with the corrective and preventive status and report to the management
Ø To give guidance to legal / compliance organizers in ASEAN affiliates to promote legal / compliance initiatives
Ø To plan and conduct legal / compliance awareness and training
Ø Other works as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, male or female, age 27-35
Ø Bachelor Degree in Law
Ø Have an experience in field such as Legal and Compliance , Risk Management , Audit and the similar
Ø English communication Business level
Ø Excellent analytical and research skills
Ø Able to work in team or individual and complete assignments within deadline
Preferable:
Ø Good command of Japanese (At least N2)
Languages skills
English: Business Level (Toeic 800 up)
Japanese: Business Level (JPLT N2) (Prefer)
Workplace Area: BTS Nana
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon-Fri)
About the Benefit
Salary: 70,000 THB – 150,000 THB
