Work outline: Draft & Review contract
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Draft and review commercial contracts and provide legal advice relating to the company's business operation
Ø Coordinate, liaise, and handle related matters with government agencies and relevant external source
Ø Research laws and regulations
Ø Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality , Male or Female , age 27 - 35 years old
Ø Bachelor's degree in Law
Ø At least 3 year experience in e legal field.
Ø and experience in labor, factory or tax field in automotive company
Ø Good command in English (Toeic 650)
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversation level
Japanese: Preferable
Workplace Area: Phrapradaeng / Samutprakan
Working Hour: 7:30 – 16:30 (Mon-Fri) Some Sat. depend on company’s calendar
