Duties & Responsibility:
• Law consultation to management and other sections
• Draft, create or adjust business agreements
• Conduct activities to promote compliance awareness
• Conduct law training to employees
• Collaborate with Legal HQ regarding Legal and Compliance Policy and to implement compliance
• Collaborate with government official for obtaining permission or business licenses
• Working on employee relations for the good relation and corporation between the company, union and employee
• Conduct and create minutes of company meeting
• Control company regulations, employment condition to comply with laws
Desired skills & experiences:
• Male, Thai nationality only, age 35-42 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in Law
• At least 6-8 years’ experience in Legal, Regulation and Employee Relations
• Strong leadership, problem solving, analytical and decision making skills
• Computer literacy
• Good command of English
*English: Business Level (Business, TOEIC:700 or over)
