Legal and Compliance (Section Chief) (40K-70K) (SDG-23269) <Job Responsibilities> Provide legal advice and consultancy services related to company business including but not limited to contracts and legal compliance Reviews, draft and revise contracts (Thai & English) agreement and other legal related document to minimize company exposure and maximize company advantages under laws and regulations applied. To search for regulations and laws newly enacted or announced in Thailand, prove all documents related the business of company Occasionally, implement policy, procedures and compliance frameworks. Coordinate with government with related function Liaise with relevant departments in Thailand or Japan to ensure that where legal risks have been identified, appropriate courses of action have been taken. Implementing, reviewing and monitoring Corporate Policies and Procedures to ensure that the company is complying with the regulations. Other duties as assigned. <Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 30-45 years old Bachelor’s Degree Minimum 10 years’ experience in legal function in corporate field Experienced in drafting contract or agreement both Thai and English Strong Interpersonal, detail-oriented, good personality Computer literacy: MS Office (MS Word/MS Excel/MS Power Point) <Preferable Skill / Experience> None Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None
