Legal Advisory Staff (25K–40K) (SDG-90336) พนักงานที่ปรึกษากฎหมาย <Job Responsibilities> • Provide legal advice to the company on various aspects of laws and regulations including commercial law, labor law, corporate law and others which related to company’s business. • Provide legal advice about company policy and standard operation procedure to related dept. • Review, draft and provide comment on various type of contracts and other legal documents for whole company. • Support all local regulator’s request (official letter and document) e.g. AML, Police, OCPB etc. • Support new project of company in legal matter. • Support other assigned tasks. <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 24 - 30 years old - Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Law - At least 2 years experience in Legal field (Banking, Financial, Hire-purchase) - Good skills on Hire purchase & Leasing law, business law, credit information law, corporate law, labor law - Review and Drafting contract and Providing legal advice. - Knowledge of legal documents/business documents relating to company business. - Attorney license - Good command in English - MS Office <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Early join candidate Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area: BTS Phromphong Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri (Sat: None) Full office operation) About the Benefits 25,000–40,000THB About the company Product & Service: Vehicle hire purchase Business Type: Leasing / Consumer Credit;

พนักงานที่ปรึกษากฎหมาย (25K–40K) (SDG-90336) <ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน> • ให้คำปรึกษาด้านกฎหมายแก่บริษัทเกี่ยวกับกฎหมายและข้อบังคับด้านต่างๆ ได้แก่ กฎหมายพาณิชย์ กฎหมายแรงงาน กฎหมายองค์กร และอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับธุรกิจของบริษัท • ให้คำปรึกษาด้านกฎหมายเกี่ยวกับนโยบายบริษัทและมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงานแก่ฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง • ตรวจทาน ร่าง และให้ความเห็นเกี่ยวกับสัญญาประเภทต่างๆ และเอกสารทางกฎหมายอื่นๆ สำหรับทั้งบริษัท • สนับสนุนคำขอของหน่วยงานกำกับดูแลท้องถิ่นทั้งหมด (จดหมายและเอกสารอย่างเป็นทางการ) เช่น AML, ตำรวจ, OCPB เป็นต้น • สนับสนุนโครงการใหม่ของบริษัทในด้านกฎหมาย • สนับสนุนงานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น> - สัญชาติไทย , ชาย , หญิง , อายุ 24 - 30 ปี - ปริญญาตรีหรือปริญญาโทด้านกฎหมาย - มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2 ปี ด้านกฎหมาย (ธนาคาร, การเงิน, เช่าซื้อ) - มีทักษะที่ดีเกี่ยวกับกฎหมายเช่าซื้อและเช่าซื้อ กฎหมายธุรกิจ กฎหมายข้อมูลเครดิต กฎหมายองค์กร กฎหมายแรงงาน - ตรวจสอบและร่างสัญญาและให้คำปรึกษาด้านกฎหมาย - ความรู้เกี่ยวกับเอกสารทางกฎหมาย/เอกสารทางธุรกิจที่เกี่ยวข้องกับธุรกิจของบริษัท - ใบอนุญาตทนายความ - สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี - ทักษะ MS Office <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ> - ผู้สมัครเข้าร่วมก่อนกำหนด ทักษะทางภาษา ระดับภาษาอังกฤษ : สนทนา ระดับภาษาญี่ปุ่น : ไม่มี สถานที่ทำงาน BTS พร้อมพงษ์ เวลาทำงาน: 8:30-17:30 น.
