Legal Advisor (53K–73K) (SDG-98319) ที่ปรึกษากฎหมาย <Job Responsibilities> - Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents. - Providing advice in legal and business terms. - Providing general support and counsel to the management level and other colleagues. - Supporting a corporate secretarial function. - Assisting or representing as a company attorney-at-law/attorney-in-fact for specific cases. - Update, review and coordinate with Japanese member from HQ - Attend court hearings with Japanese Management - Other tasks assigned. <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> - ร่างและตรวจสอบสัญญาและเอกสารทางกฎหมาย - ให้คำปรึกษาด้านกฎหมายและธุรกิจ - ให้การสนับสนุนและให้คำปรึกษาทั่วไปแก่ระดับผู้บริหารและเพื่อนร่วมงานอื่น ๆ - สนับสนุนงานเลขานุการบริษัท - ช่วยเหลือหรือเป็นตัวแทนในฐานะทนายความของบริษัท/ผู้รับมอบอำนาจตามความเป็นจริงเฉพาะกรณี - อัปเดต ตรวจสอบ และประสานงานกับสมาชิกชาวญี่ปุ่นจาก HQ - เข้าร่วมการพิจารณาคดีของศาลกับผู้บริหารชาวญี่ปุ่น - งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Job Requirement
