Job Description

Leasing Manager(Real Estate)  (100K–110K) (SDG-115493)

<Job responsibilities>
- Developing and implementing leasing strategy company's properties as to ensure achievement of company's growth and profit objective. Review and revise such strategy to be more competitive on quarterly basis.
- Formulate leasing strategies for the properties, focusing on competitive advantages. Revise these strategies quarterly to adapt to market conditions and competitors, ensuring the company remains competitive.
- Prepare Data for setting the annual budget, including making accurate assumptions, forecasts, and predictions about leasing outcomes, rental Income, and expenses.
- Contact Office tenants to discuss contract renewals, Negotiate terms and conditions, and Prepare all lease and service agreements to ensure smooth transitions.
- Prepare monthly management report, including analyzing market information, reviewing competitors' moves, summarize monthly performance compared to KPI, provide action plans to achieve target.
- Maintain good relationship with tenants, fast respond to enquiries from tenants via email, phone call and personal Visit, able to Handle tenant requests and seek remedial actions.
- Connect with various external agencies for promotional activities to increase leasing result and brand awareness
- Establish & maintain prestige brand & company image by relevant PR Plan, Coordinate with advertising agents, PR consultant & event organizer for advertising and promotion activities
- Other tasks assigned by line Manager.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
- At least 7 years experience in property sales management, real estate sales, or property sales leasing.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Conversational high level of English (internal meeting, talking with foreign investor)
- knowledge of real estate laws and leasing regulations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Organizational and time-Management skills.
- ability to Handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Chinese language skills.
