Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Visit clients with own drive and communicate directly with clients to gather new inquiries for custom machine design projects. (Company car provided) - Develop machine concepts and estimate machine costs based on customer requirements and specifications. - Machine concept creation and cost estimation for automation or special-purpose machinery. - Plan and manage design schedules and project timelines, and coordinate effectively with internal and external teams to ensure project milestones are achieved. - Demonstrate strong communication skills in coordinating with Engineering, Purchasing, and Business Partners, including stakeholders from the company.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in Engineering. - At least 3 years as Design engineer senior or leader from Machinery company - Experience in developing machine concepts and estimating machine costs. - Experience in controlling Project work. - Skilled in using 3D CAD software (Inventor, SolidWorks) and 2D CAD (AutoCAD) for mechanical design and drafting. - Conversation High level in Japanese (to communicate with Japanese client & manager, and HQ), JLPT N2+ - Conversation Middle level in English (to do document) - Have driving license [company's car provided] - Strong communication and coordination skills <Personality> - Have high leadership personality, calm, open to listen to other people's opinions and analyze before making decisions. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree in Engineering.(Machanical) - Working/studying experience in Japan. - Interest/passion in machine design/new technology or innovation.
