Work Outline: Provide legal service support, and consulting with clients.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Draft the legal documents Business Law in Thai and English.
Provide legal support and advice on various legal aspects related to company business, company setup expansion to Thailand, labor and others
Provide various services related in low (license, incorporation, branch establishment, representative office establishment, company registration, change of company registration, BOI, director, The acquisition of various approvals, etc.)
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality only, male/female, age 22-30 years old
Bachelor’s degree from law or related field
Fresh graduate is welcome
Preferable Skill / Experience
Outstanding Educational backgrounds
Languages skills
English: Advance Conversation level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Chitlom
Working Hour: 9:00-18:00 (Mon-Fri)

Salary: 25,000THB-50,000THB negotiable
