Work outline: Provide & Advice legal in all legal aspects to customer
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Review and draft agreements and legal documents both in Thai and English.
Ø Provide legal opinion focusing on labor law and business law.
Ø Ensure the compliance with laws of the companies.
Ø Find the good way to solve various problems.
Ø Monitor the updated laws and regulations.
Ø Coordinate with external lawyer and government officials from time to time.
Ø Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male or Female, age 27-35 years
Ø Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law
Ø 3-5 years of working experience in Legal Consultant /Attorney at law/ Corporate Lawyer
Ø Good command in English in Business Level
Ø Hold Lawyer license
Ø Interpersonal and communication skills
Languages skills
English: Business Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Asoke/ MRT Sukhumvit
Working Hour: 8.30 – 17.30 (Monday – Friday)
