Work outline: In charge of Thai local law, and support clients with researching/gathering evidence
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Provide legal support and advice on various legal aspects related to company business, company setup expansion to Thailand, labor and others
Ø Provide various services related in low (license, incorporation, branch establishment, representative office establishment, company registration, change of company registration, BOI, director, the acquisition of various approvals, etc.)
Ø Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male/Female, age 25-40 yrs.
Ø Bachelor's degree
Ø Qualified as a lawyer
Ø Good command of English(Advanced Business level)
Preferable:
Ø Experience of work at international law firm
Ø Good character (bright, positive and open-minded)
Language skills:
English: Advanced business level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Asok
Working Hour: 8.30-17.30 (Mon – Fri) Flextime
About the Benefit
Salary: 50,000 – 200,000 THB
