Work outline: Coordinate with Vendor until end of process
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø To create comprehensive development packs for vendors, ensure correct level of detail and accuracy to produce products of the highest standards
Ø To liaise with suppliers continuously during the development process to field queries and to maintain critical timelines; chase samples back in line with critical path and meetings schedule
Ø To spot and escalate issues throughout the development process, resolve problems proactively to ensure that products for selection are always correct and on time.
Ø To work directly with vendors to materials and production procedures (Letter Press, Rotary, Flexso) ; take full responsibility for the coordination of all components for each product ensuring accuracy to brief at all time
Ø To ensure adequate and proactive communication to both internal and external stakeholders
Ø To assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Ø Knowledge for ISO9001,ISO14000 and Safety process
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Male only, Age 30-35
Ø Bachelor degree
Ø At least 3 year of experience in a publishing business and superior level
Ø Proven working experience as a publishing in packaging label or printing business
Ø Possess good English communication and interpersonal skills
Ø Good communications and negotiation skills with vender or suppliers and internal customers
Preferable:
Ø Experience in Printing Manufacturing
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversation Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: Bangpoo / Samut-prakarn
Working Hour: 8.30 – 17.30 (Monday – Friday) *work on Saturday 2 times/month
