Job Description


<Job Responsibilities>
- Develop new business opportunities for Lab Furniture & Laboratory Solutions.
- Identify and build relationships with hospitals, universities, schools, laboratories, research facilities, and other potential customers.
- Develop strong relationships with End Users, Consultants, Architects, Interior Designers, and Procurement teams.
- Drive Specification / Spec-in activities and position solutions in upcoming projects.
- Manage the project sales cycle from opportunity → specification → tender → negotiation → order → installation → handover.
- Conduct customer presentations, site visits and project consultations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations and tender submissions.
- Develop and maintain a healthy project pipeline and achieve sales targets.
- Work closely with Design, Product Innovation, Engineering, Estimation, Factory, Installation and After-Sales teams.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and new business opportunities to accelerate growth.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, Science, or related fields.
- High to Business English level (to communicate externally and internally, reports, presentations, and emails)
- At least 5 years of experience in Furniture / Interior / Workspace / related project sales
- Experience with Lab Furniture, Technical Furniture, Cleanroom or Laboratory Equipment
- Strong understanding of furniture products and project sales processes
- Proven experience in Project Sales, Specification, Tender and closing
- Established relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Consultants, Contractors, or Project Owners
- Strong business development and hunting capability
- Able to work independently, take ownership, and make things happen
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills

<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Experience in Healthcare, Hospital, University, School, Laboratory or Research Facility projects
- Engineering, Architecture or Interior Design background
- Experience leading a sales team or cross-functional project team
