Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Plan, drive, and manage sales targets for each product in the Modern Trade channel to achieve set goals. - Contact customers to present sales proposals and maintain relationships with key clients. - Coordinate with customers, provide necessary information, and resolve issues to build strong relationships and understand customer needs. - Manage stock, coordinate with the purchasing team and relevant departments to deliver the best products and services to customers. - Analyze sales and marketing data, collaborate with the marketing team to propose promotions and drive customer sales. - Other tasks assigned by the Manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Management, Engineering, or other related fields. - At least 3 years of experience in sales within the Modern Trade channel. - Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills in sales and marketing. - Proficient in computer programs, including MS Office, Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP). - Possess leadership qualities, strong communication, and negotiation skills. - Management skills, critical thinking, problem-solving skills - Willing to travel to meet clients in Bangkok (occasional upcountry travel). <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
