Key Account Specialist - Meropenem (50K-120K) (SDG-25277) <Job Responsibilities> Mission - Achieve product sales by directly influencing key prescribers and other healthcare professionals (HCPs) or by working with Zuellig Pharma (ZP) sales team Key account management Consistently achieve sales target on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. Plan and implement a strategic approach to territory and sales management in order to grow the business. Effective call planning and implementation. Add value to HCPs with excellent understanding and communication of products, key messages, clinical data, and infectious disease area with a patient-centric approach. Ensure listing in hospitals for assigned brand. Manage the processes in assigned hospitals around listing, reimbursement and education in order to expedite listing and availability of product. Organize scientific events, product presentation and speaker programs to maximize the brand value. Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 28-45 years old Bachelor's degree Minimum 3 years of experience as a product sales specialist in infectious disease area BA/BS Degree in business, marketing, communications, or life science Advanced conversational level of English Proficiency with computers, especially Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) Required Competencies Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills Dynamic, result-oriented with strong leadership skills Commercially astute Planning and organising Performance management and development Drive and achievement with strong action initiation Facilitating change – process engineering Customer and Quality orientation Building strategic working relationships Team player with strong interpersonal skills <Preferable Skill / Experience> Pharmacist license preferred MBA is preferred Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None
