Job Description


<Job Responsibilities>
- Act as the principal point of contact ('customer window') for major factory clients, building deep, trusted partnerships.
- Develop and implement ambitious growth strategies for each account, identifying new opportunities and driving business promotion.
- Serve as the central hub for all communication, masterfully coordinating between clients, production planning, and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure flawless execution.
- Lead, coordinate, and follow up with sales staff to ensure team alignment and the achievement of sales objectives.
- Summarize sales performance, market analysis, and key reports, delivering clear and compelling presentations to clients and internal leadership.
- Serve as the primary sales contact for the U.S. customer.
- Manage price negotiations with customers.
- Handle APO demand/supply management and delivery schedule coordination.
- Prepare business reports for internal and customer review.
- Coordinate closely with Japan headquarters and the Ayutthaya factory to ensure smooth communication and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- At least 5 years of experience as a Senior Sales, Marketing, or Key Account Manager in the electronics or component industry.
- At least 1 year of management or team coordination experience.
- Business level in English and Japanese for communication with U.S. customers and Japanese report line.
- Have driver's license and own a car.

<Details>

- Ability to handle high-pressure situations, provide quick responses to high-expectation customers, and sustain long-term performance.

<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Experience working in a Japanese manufacturing company.
