<Job Responsibilities >
• Strategic Account Management: Act as the principal point of contact ("customer window") for major factory clients, building deep, trusted partnerships.
• Customer Growth Strategy: Develop and implement ambitious growth strategies for each account, identifying new opportunities and driving business promotion.
• Internal & External Liaison: Serve as the central hub for all communication, masterfully coordinating between clients, production planning, and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure flawless execution.
• Sales Team Coordination: Lead, coordinate, and follow up with sales staff to ensure team alignment and the achievement of sales objectives
• Reporting & Presentation: Summarize sales performance, market analysis, and key reports, delivering clear and compelling presentations to clients and internal leadership.
• Serve as the primary sales contact for the U.S. customer.
• Responsibilities include price negotiation, APO demand/supply management, delivery schedule coordination, and preparation of business reports.
• Coordinate closely with Japan headquarters and the Ayutthaya factory to ensure smooth communication and customer satisfaction
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in any related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Senior Sales, Marketing, or Key Account in the electronics or component industry
- At least 1 year of management experience
- Business level in Japanese for communicating with the report line and the Japan headquarters
- Business level in English for communicating with the U.S. customers
- Must have a valid driver's license and own car
