<Job Responsibilities> 1. Key Responsibilities - To expand in Distribution, Sales, Key Account Management, and Category Management. - To create and execute annual plans to maximize category potential - To incorporate the international core range and new product development (NPD). - To conduct annual negotiations and ensure the implementation of agreed trading conditions. - To present and integrate new products into customers' assortment matrices. - To develop and implement promotional grids and marketing standards with customers. Additional Responsibilities - To forecast sales volumes monthly and quarterly. - To execute Trade Marketing Budgets and Plans for Key Accounts - To execute the above, ensure the application of the full Marketing Mix. - To develop and prepare sales reports and control budgets and investments. - To understand customers’ business activities and build effective relationships. - To identify white spots and manage the effective onboarding of new clients.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - At least 5 years of Experience as an AE, Key Accounts, or Sales in the FMCG business - Experience in forecasting sales, Key Account Management, and Category Management - Experience in preparing sales reports and controlling budgets, and investments - Conversational High Level in English (Communicate with clients and use for the regional office in Hong Kong sometimes) - Strong knowledge in commercial to drive trade strategy and key account growth - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Have your own car and a driving license <In Details> - Strong communication and relationship-building skills - Strategic planning and execution - Critical and analytical thinking - Strong negotiation skills <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in a multinational company - Have experience in launching an FMCG brand - Have experience with cleaning products - Can start working immediately
