Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Plan and drive sales performance for each product to achieve the sales targets.
- Manage sales targets in the Modern Trade channel
- Analyze sales and marketing performance, work closely with the marketing team to propose and implement promotions, and drive customer sales growth.
- Contact customers to present and sell products
- Maintaining relationships with key accounts and customers.
- Coordinate with customers, provide necessary information, and resolve issues to build strong relationships and understand customer needs.
- Manage stock and coordinate with procurement and relevant departments
- Ensure the best products and services are delivered to customers.
- Other tasks assigned by the Manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or other related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales within the Modern Trade channel.
- Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of sales and marketing.
- Conversational middle level in English (communicate with clients, report and email)
- Proficient in computer programs, including MS Office, Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP).
- Willing to travel to meet customers in Bangkok (occasional travel to other provinces).

- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
