Key Account Executive (Beverage/Modern Trade) (35K–45K) (SDG-118058) <Job responsibilities> Expected to effectively introduce products into Modern Trade channels, negotiate commercial terms and conditions with key accounts, and drive sustainable sales growth through strategic planning and execution. - Develop and execute sales plans for assigned key accounts to achieve sales targets, Daily tracking up-to-date sales vs sales target or customer's B2B system. - Make regular store visits to ensure effective in field operation, survey for competitor activities and opportunity for sale growth and solution for in-field problems. - Make regular store visits in line with the route plan (RTM , GTM )to ensure effective implementation and timely solutions for in field operations problems; check FIFO (First-In & First-Out) at the store level. - financial management with efficient spending both Sales promotion discount and Expense to achieve the profit - Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, product etc.) to Ensure alignment and successful execution of promotions and initiatives. - Coordinate and Follow up with procurement, ensuring that all Sales operations align with set targets and KPIs. - Propose and implement a Sales strategy to maximize Sales performance. - Prepare Monthly Sales summary reports and update the product list. - Analyze Sales Data and market trends to Identify opportunities for growth. - work closely with Sales & marketing manager to update Plan, market situation, Business progression. - execute all other jobs assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 27 - 40 years old - Bachelor's degree - At least 3 years in Sales in Food&Beverage or FMCG, managing a major customer / account. (Modern Trade) - understanding of the modern off-trade channel and customer management, laws and regulations. - Proven Experience in bringing products into modern trade channel, including negotiation of trading terms and execution of Sales initiatives. - Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills in Sales and marketing. - Conversational High level of English, to deal with client and present Sales strategy to company group in others country. - Able to visit the clients - good computer skills in Microsoft Office, Especially Excel and PowerPoint - good interpersonal skills with a positive attitude. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Have Own car and Driving license for visit client Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area: BTS Nana Working Hour: 9:00-18:00(Monday-Friday) About the Benefits 35,000–45,000THB About the company Product & Service: Luxury Mineral Water Business Type: Food / Beverages;
