Job Description

KAIZEN promotion and planning (SV - Manager)
@Rayong (Japanese Speaking) (50K-90K) (SDG-38162)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Perform and coordinate with the production department and QAQC department for KAIZENING (improving) facility's daily functions
 Promote 5S activity not only in Thailand, but worldwide
 Managing events related to KAIZEN activity
 Communicate with oversea branch (China) and headquarters in Japan by e-mail and phone in Japanese to discuss and make a plan for KAIZENING
 Coordinate with Japanese members and interpreting between Japanese and Thai when they visit factory from headquarters in Japan
 Improve continuously to reduce waste and cost down
 Evaluate and monitor in safety and working environment
 Visit oversea factory as business trip to promote KAIZEN activity
 Other tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, 37-45 years old
 Bachelor's degree in any fields
 At least 10 years experiences in Japanese manufacturing company as Japanese speaking position
 Having Japanese vocabulary knowledge of manufacturing
 Business level of Japanese for communicating with other branch and headquarters
 Able to read and write the email in Japanese well
 Conversational level of English (above middle)
 Able to use MS Office well
 Good Problem analysis and communication ability, team-work spirit and result-oriented
