Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, inside sales activities, and lead generation via seminars, trade shows, and networking events - Deepen relationships and expand business with existing clients - Identify client and organizational challenges, and provide tailored IT/cloud solutions to address their needs - Prepare quotations and proposals, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution - Negotiate contract terms and manage the closing process - Monitor and analyze post-sales results to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities - Handle customer issues and complaints, ensuring timely resolution through effective internal collaboration - Other assigned tasks
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 1-year working experience in any filed *Fresh graduates welcomed - Conversational high level of Japanese (N2 Up.
