<Job Responsibilities> - Responsible for Junior Project Manager to handle and manage for sales target and reporting sales information, resolving problems. - Identify and analyze market, handle sales and marketing activity to meet customer inquiries. - Sales Machine, Machine tool, Factory equipment, Automation, New Business Development (with existing customer for repurchasing or purchase new order/ new product to company, also acquire new potential customer) - To present the company’s image, proposal and get new customers. - Take care of existing customers and find new customers. - Build and maintain relationship with existing customers. - Report back on sales progress, feedback, and attainment of goals. - Strive to gain competitiveness and keep up with industry developments. - Report to Japanese Manager. - Other task as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Engineering field (such as Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Industrial Engineering etc.) - At least 8 years as Project Manager, Sales, Sales Engineer (Factory Automation, Machine, Machine/ Factory Equipment) - Experience in creating solution for manufacturing field - Experience in Japanese company - Experience in coordinating with or supervise engineer or technician - Conversational High in English (communicate in English with Japanese report line, also get trained by Japanese report line, create report, documents, email etc.) - Holding driving license and willingness to drive company car for customer visit. <In detail> - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Confidence and skillful negotiating skills. - High responsibility, and able to work under pressure. - Positive thinking and fast learner. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Management experience - Holding High TOEIC score - Early join or Immediately or Early join
