Junior Administration & HR (20K-25K) (SDG-51206) <Job Responsibilities> Conduct for recruitment by candidate searching, candidate selection and scheduling job interview Keep record of recruiting statistic and prepare monthly recruitment report Support for training, arrange both the In-house and Public training classes based on the annual training plan, including orientation training for new employee. Prepare performance evaluation of employees under the probationary period. Prepare & issue documentation related to employee Assist in human resource developing & planning (Benefit, evaluation, recruiting, hiring, compensation, training) Support data / distribute document for year-end evaluation Prepare group insurance and update employee status Support for visa and work permit for foreigner staff Performing other related tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality , Female, age 25-30 years old Bachelor’s degree At least 2 years of working experience in HR field Able to communicate in English effectively Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good personality and service minded Trustworthy, positive and enthusiastic Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas Able to handle multi-tasking <Preferable Skill / Experience> Holding bachelor's in HR Experience in supporting human resource developing & planning (benefit, evaluation, recruiting, hiring, compensation, and training) Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: BTS Ratchadamri, Bangkok Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Mon-Fri) About the Benefits Salary: 20,000–25,000THB About the company Products: Automotive Leasing Business Type: Leasing / Consumer Credit
