Coordinator and Secretary (For Japanese General Manager) (Japanese Speaking) (30K-45K) (SDG-51619) <Job Responsibilities> Coordinate and Negotiate with external side such as Land or Building owner (Local & Foreigner) Coordinate between Japanese report line and Thai internal staff Accompany Japanese General Manager to visit clients and also owner outside Responsible for Secretary Tasks Being Interpreter for meeting and also translate document JP<->TH Document work, making report, filing take minute meeting mainly in Japanese language Any other assignment by Japanese General Manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality, Female, 24-35 years old Bachelor degree or Master degree in any field At least 2 years experienced as Japanese Coordinator, Real Estate Purchasing, Japanese Interpreter, Secretary, Sales or other related Japanese using position Proficient and communicate well in Japanese language (Mainly with report line, making report and others document tasks) Strongly required for JLPT N3 with Business level Good command of English Language (coordinate with owner etc.) Good coordinating and negotiating skills High patient and able to work as a team Flexible and able to support Japanese General Manager as needed <Preferable Skill / Experience> Coordinate experience with external Having Law knowledge or understanding in Area/building rental procedure Interest in working with retailing business Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: Business Level Workplace Area: BTS Kasetsart University, Bangkok Working Hour: 9:00-18:45 (Mon- Fri) About the Benefits Salary: 30,000–45,000THB About the company Products: Retail products for supermarket Business Type: Department Store / Retail / Other Store-based Services;
