Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Support Japanese staff in daily work, such as interpretation, visa arrangement, booking arrangements, and planning company events - Be the contact person for recruitment and handle hiring coordination - Support accounting work, such as arranging salary and bonus payments, and coordinating between the accounting and sales teams - Support sales work, such as preparing quotations and handling import/export procedures and arrangements - Work as a secretary for the head office president and the local president, including schedule management and other arrangements - Work with internal and external people to support both admin and sales functions - Other tasks are assigned by report line
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Having experience in internal coordination or interpretation using Japanese more than 3 years in japanese company - Be able to work under pressure - Be able to commit by yourself (not have company bus) - Having JLPT of N3 <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Having experience as General affair or Sales assistant or HR
