Sales Manager (Automotive Industry) (Japanese Speaking) @Rayong (80K-120K) (SDG-51430)
<Job Responsibilities>
Develop and implement account and industry strategies based on relevant company’s strategies, e.g. global, regional, local strategies
Customer and sales management: maintain broader and deeper customer contacts to resolve and/or expedite matters by offering solutions according to customer needs for further business expansion and develop and optimize business models for efficiency and effectiveness to the customers and company
Project development: initiate, develop and materialize new businesses through project development
Market intelligence and Solutions: collect market trends, applications of products/technologies as well as competitor benchmark such as positioning performance and competitive product portfolio and lead to translate them into technical solutions to fulfill customers’ expectations
Business operation: manage operational issues, e.g. reporting, cost and budget and other KPIs
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, 35-45 years old
Bachelor's degree in any fields
10-15 years' of experience in Sales functions in automotive parts industry
Proven experience in management level more than 5 years
Good command of verbal and written English for business conversation with overseas partners
Japanese speaking in business level (JLPT N2 and above)
Able to use own car for business purpose
Able to work independently
