Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Production and quality control guidance for knitting, dyeing (including printing) integrated factories. - Technical support for quality establishment, mass production technology establishment, quality control, and production management in mass production areas. - Technical support when quality problems occur at mass production sites - Technical support during fabric development and sample fabric prototyping. - Balance work with our business partners when quality problems occur. - Providing technical advice to our sales staff. - Other ad-hoc duties as assigned - 編み、染色（プリント含む）一貫工場の生産・品質管理指導 - 量産領域における品質確立、量産技術確立、品質管理、生産管理の技術支援 - 量産現場での品質問題発生時の技術サポート - ファブリック開発およびサンプルファブリック試作中の技術サポート - 品質問題が発生した場合、ビジネスパートナーとの連携 - 弊社営業スタッフへの技術的なアドバイスの提供 - その他関連業務
Job Requirement
<必須条件 > • 5+ years of experience in technical support in the textile industry (especially in factories) • Experience in textile and clothing industry • Overseas manufacturing management experience welcome (practical experience in a sewing, weaving, or dyeing factory is a plus) • Business level or higher of Japanese language skill (for work locations other than India) • Business level of English • Visa support is available • ５年以上繊維業界での技術サポート関連（特に工場での）の経験 • 繊維、衣料品業界経験者 • 海外製造管理経験者歓迎（縫製・織布・染色工場での実務経験があれば尚良） • 日本語：ビジネスレベル以上（勤務地インド以外） • 英語：ビジネスレベル • ビザサポートあり
