Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
- Coordinate and communicate between internal/external departments, Japanese executives, and related parties.
- Handle 90-day reporting and visa/residency-related matters for Japanese staff in Thailand.
- Manage executives’ schedules, appointment reminders, meeting room bookings, travel tickets, hotel reservations, etc.
- Accompany and support executives as assigned.
- Prepare for meetings, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items and meeting resolutions.
- Screen documents, prepare correspondence, reply to emails, and handle phone calls.
- Arrange and coordinate hospitality for visitors meeting with executives.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and executive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Prepare financial reports as assigned by management.
Support HR, administrative, safety, and company activity-related tasks.
- Other assigned task by the report line 

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- At least 1 year of experience as an interpreter or secretary in a manufacturing company
- Conversational high level of Japanese(N3 up) (To communicate with Japanese managers and transalted) 
- Conversational high level of English (To communicate with Japanese managers and translate documents between Japanese, Thai, and English) 

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Working/Studying experience in Japan
- Expirience in manufacturing
