Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Provide Japanese and Thai interpretation (and English–Thai translation) for Japanese executives - Directly support and report to the Japanese Managing Director (MD) and Japanese Financial Director and others Japanese member in the company if required - Translate documents, reports, and presentation materials - Prepare and write presentation scripts for executives - Act as interpreter in meetings (weekly, monthly, and annual meetings) - Support interpretation during audits and take meeting minutes - Coordinate communication between Japanese and Thai teams - Assist in planning functions, especially in Business - Reengineering Process (BRP) projects, Business Process Reengineering - Support process improvement initiatives to reduce manual work and increase automation
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 5 years of experience as an interpreter in a manufacturing environment (any industry) - Conversational High of English (able to translate from English to Thai) - Conversational High or Business Level of Japanese (N1 required), and able to translate and interpret from Japanese to English, English to Japanese and Japanese to Thai <Personality> - Strong communication skills and ability to work with senior management <Preferable Skill / Experience > - Experience in Planning or Business Process Improvement / BRP is a strong advantage - Have experience talking to Audit accounting and other
