Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Provide translation support for all CEO tasks, including meetings, customer visits, and customer activities - Accompany CEO on domestic and international business trips for customer meetings - Facilitate communication between CEO and Japanese-speaking stakeholders - Document and summarize meeting discussions and outcomes - Handle translation of business documents and correspondence - Manage the interpretation schedule and prepare for upcoming engagements
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 5 years of experience as a Japanese Interpreter or Secretary in any business - Business level in Japanese for communication with the Japanese CEO, with JLPT N2 or above - Ability to travel domestically and internationally with the CEO <Deteils> - Strong Japanese–Thai communication and presentation support skills - Good time management and ability to work under pressure. - Flexible for on-site and after-hours assignments <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Conversational High level in English (Communication with Foreign customers)
