Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Meeting Interpretation: Provide Thai–Japanese and Japanese–Thai interpretation in various HR-related meetings such as policy discussions, welfare matters, employee discipline, and HR planning. - Policy & Welfare Explanation: Explain company rules, regulations, and provide guidance on employee welfare matters. - Daily Communication Interpretation: Serve as a communication bridge between Japanese executives and Thai employees/other departments on matters related to HR, import–export, IT, maintenance, and other relevant topics. - Document Translation: Translate various HR-related documents such as employee handbooks, company regulations, internal announcements, employment contracts, forms, emails, and reports. - Language Direction: Translate from Thai to Japanese and Japanese to Thai. - Recruitment: Coordinate and provide interpretation support during the recruitment and initial interview process for Japanese staff or key positions. - Training & Development: Assist in preparing training materials, provide interpretation during training sessions, and act as interpreter for new employee orientations held for Japanese staff. - Welfare & Employee Relations: Coordinate and translate welfare information, social security matters, employee grievance handling - Visa & Work Permit: Prepare documents for visa and work permit applications; liaise with government offices for visa-related submissions - Travel & Booking Arrangements: Arrange flight tickets, golf club memberships, and restaurant reservations for Japanese Management. - Business Trip Coordination - General Administrative Support: Perform administrative tasks and support work assigned by Japanese Management. - Compliance: Comply with company philosophies, certified management system policies, requirements, and applicable laws, as well as organizational and departmental objectives. - Quality & Environmental Awareness - Other Duties as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in Japanese or related field - At least 3 years of experience as a Secretary, Interpreter in the factory field - Experience in Visa & work permit - Conversation high in Japanese language JLPT level N3 or above (To translate, interpret, coordinate with headquarters, and email) - English conversational high level (To communicate with internal, external, translate, e-mail, and documents) - Interpretation and Translation in meetings, manufacturing line etc. <Preferable Skill / Experience > - Have working experience in a Japanese company. - Can start working immediately
