About this Job
Work outline: Be responsible for interpreting and translating jobs in factory and office.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Interpret Japanese to Thai and vice versa in their factory and office
Ø Support Japanese staff to communicate with Thai worker and Thai staff through interpreting
Ø Take care Japanese clients when they visit factory
Ø Attend internal meeting in factory (morning meeting, KAIZEN meeting etc.) and meeting with HQ, and support interpreting
Ø Translate documents and e-mail from Japanese to Thai and vice versa. Sometimes translate documents or e-mail from Thai to English and vice versa
Ø Exchange e-mail with clients or Japan HQ in Japanese when it’s necessary
Ø Other administration task might be assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Male and Female , 21-35 years
Ø Bachelor’s degree
Ø Business level of Japanese (N2 level)
Ø Advanced conversation level of English
Ø Fresh graduate is welcome
Ø Be able to commute to work by himself/herself
Ø Honest and high responsible person
Preferable:
Ø At least 2-3 years working experiences in manufacturing company, especially experience in production site
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: Business level
Workplace Area: Amata Nakorn Industrial Estate, Chonburi
Working Hour: 8:00-17:20 (Mon-Fri) *Saturday working : 1- 2 days per month (depends on company’s business)
