Work Outline: Interpretation and translation between Japanese and Thai for Japanese MD
Take charge of administration task
Duties & Responsibility:
•Translate documents Japanese – Thai, Thai– Japanese (Basic document)
•Responsible for interpreting contents in meetings
•Support translation/interpretation tasks as assigned
•Support other administrative tasks include accounting basic task
•Help managing all company's activities and facilities
•Organizing and filing documents
•Preparing memos, correspondence, spreadsheets, and presentations
•Coordinate and manage with internal and external departments
•Other related task which assigned by MD
Qualifications:
[Must]
•Female only , Age 22-40
•Bachelor’s degrees or higher in Japanese or any related fields
•Fresh graduate is welcome
•Good command of Japanese (N3 or above) and basic English skills
•Good command of computer literacy especially Microsoft Excel
•Able to write email in Japanese
•Interpersonal skills
[Prefer]
•At least 1 year experience of accounting or admin task
•Good command of Japanese (N2 or above)
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational level
Japanese: Advanced conversational Level – Business level (At least N3)
Workplace Area: BTS area (Near Samut Prakan) *Plan
Working Hour: Monday to Saturday (8:30 – 17:30)
About the Benefit
Salary: 25,000THB – 30,000THB
