Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
Coordinate between Japanese and Thai Staffs
Interpreter the conversation between Japanese and Thai in the meeting
Translate documents (ex. contract, financial document)
Interpreter = 50% , Documents = 50%
Contact customer and coordinate to support Japanese staff and manager
Answer phone call from Japanese Clients
Occasionally visit client approximately 1-2 times/week (Bangkok or perimeter zone)
Other related tasks assigned by managers
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
Thai nationality, Female, 27-36 years old
Bachelor’s Degree in any fields
Japanese Skill in Business level (N2)
English Conversation level (TOEIC 600+)
5 years experiences (with at least 1 year experience related to Accounting and Financial Business)
Have knowledge and understand about Accounting and Financial
Good computer skill for Microsoft office (Word, Excel)
Pleasant personality
Able to work under pressure
Good communication and interpersonal skill
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
CPD licenses
Languages skills
English: Conversational level
Japanese: Business level
Workplace Area: BTS Asoke, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30 - 17:30 or 8:00 -17:00 (Mon-Fri)
